DIY Christmas globe (BLOGMAS DAY 10)

Hi guys, hows it all going?

So I'v spent some of my day making these really festive Christmas snow globes, which you can change however you want . Ps mine aren't very good but first try:)

So first you will need an old clean jam jar, or jar of you choice with a lid, and a figure this could be anything from a lego piece to a small ornament, I just used a pom-pom ball reighdeer.

Then using some water resistant glue, preferable quick drying glue your figure to the bottom of your lid, you could decorate the lid first but I only decided to do that after.

Then using some permanent markers draw a cute little design onto the outside of the jar, what ever you like i went for some simple snowflakes.

Then you will need some glycerine, this allows the glitter to float around and not stick to the bottom or top and makes the water thicker. i just added about 1 tablespoon but it depends on the size of your jar, but you only need a little bit.

The add some warm water, but don't fill it too the top.

Then add your glitter, you can use any colour shape size, anything you want i used blue and different coloured stars. Then screw on the lid and shake it up!

(Someone i did it with used a plastic moshi monster, but decided to not stick it down and it float around which i thought was a good idea:).
